Andrew Borthwick - Managing Director

I am passionate about delivering a better project experience and outcome for our clients, as well as building strong and engaged teams. This is why I founded Resolve Partners.

Andrew is a highly experienced and skilled project development and delivery professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the property and construction industries across Australia and internationally.

Andrew excels at building and leading high performing teams that achieve or exceed project goals and objectives.

His approach fosters collaboration, innovation, and efficiency, ensuring that every development undertaken by Resolve Partners is executed with precision and excellence.

Andrew believes that there is always a better way of doing things, it just takes the right approach and dedication to unlock the opportunities and excel.

Jay Govender - Director

Projects aren’t only about a physical element and the end product, for me it’s about cultivating a shared passion for the journey. At Resolve we cherish the opportunity to collaborate, knowing that every milestone is celebrated, and every challenge is resolved alongside good people.

Jay is a highly capable and experienced Director with experience managing and delivery key projects throughout Australia. With a family history in design and construction he personally holds more than 10 years experience in the property and construction industry.

He possesses a distinctive skill set, intertwining technical proficiency with creative insight to achieve exceptional results for clients across all projects. Prioritising and harnessing the strengths of the project team, supported by robust processes and systems, Jay strives for excellence in execution and deliverables.
