QV Melbourne Shilling Lane Upgrade

The Shilling Lane upgrade at QV Melbourne will revitalise an important pedestrian laneway within the CBD precinct, improving its amenity, presentation, and connection with the surrounding retail and public realm.

The works include new landscaping and planters, seating, paving, balustrades and handrails, lighting, signage and wayfinding, drainage improvements, and canopy and awning works. The project requires careful coordination with the adjoining Queen Victoria Women’s Centre heritage interface, existing QV operations, planning requirements, and a constrained construction budget.

Resolve Partners’ project management scope covers design development, consultant coordination, procurement, cost and programme management, and construction delivery. Working closely with Dexus and the wider consultant team, Resolve is helping progress the project from its advanced concept design through approvals, tender, construction, and handover, with a strong focus on value management, buildability, and minimising disruption within the active precinct.
