Andrew Borthwick

Managing Director

Brings structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects.

Andrew brings together the many moving parts of a project, setting clear strategies and practical pathways to achieve the right outcome. His experience spans a broad range of sectors, and he is particularly strong at building high-performing teams, aligning stakeholders, and staying genuinely involved from start to finish.

Away from work, Andrew enjoys travelling and exploring new places, a natural fit for someone who has worked across Australia and internationally.

Jay Govender

Director

Straightforward, focused, and serious about making projects enjoyable.

Jay represents clients across complex development projects, bringing a strong understanding of design, construction, commercial matters, and delivery. He is known for an upfront and disciplined approach, while still creating a collaborative project environment where teams can work well together and solve challenges constructively.

Away from work, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and sharing a good bottle of wine.

Matthew Cleur

Director

Gets the hard questions answered early, so there are no surprises later.

Matt leads complex development projects from early planning through procurement and construction, with particular strength in retail delivery, commercial management, and projects within live operating environments. Analytical and collaborative, he focuses on getting scope, programme, and commercial terms clear from the outset, then keeping delivery firmly on track.

Away from work, Matt enjoys golf, camping, field hockey, and supporting North Melbourne Football Club.

Ian Enderby

Senior Project Manager
Brings a designer’s eye and a project manager’s discipline.

Ian combines architectural expertise with client-side project leadership, giving him a strong understanding of both design intent and the practical realities of delivery. He is collaborative, trusted, and reliable, with a particular ability to simplify complex issues, manage risk, and help clients make informed decisions.

Away from work, Ian enjoys playing the drums and tennis, bringing the same mix of rhythm, focus, and energy to his downtime.

Ray Estrada

Project Manager

Brings a practical, end-to-end view of how projects get delivered.

Ray combines experience across contract administration, site delivery, development, and client-side project management. He is strong in stakeholder coordination, construction delivery, programme, cost, and design management, and is valued for clear communication, accountability, and keeping projects moving from early planning through to completion.

Away from work, Ray enjoys cooking, exploring food from different cultures, and travelling to new places whenever the opportunity arises.

Reiji Sano

Project Manager

Turns complex project requirements into clear actions and forward momentum.

Reiji manages property and construction projects across the full development lifecycle, with strengths in stakeholder management, design coordination, programme and cost control, construction delivery, and live operational environments. Collaborative, adaptable, and commercially aware, he brings people together, manages complex interfaces, and keeps projects moving towards successful outcomes.

Away from work, Reiji enjoys travel, food, design, fitness, and time with friends and family. He has also played rugby league for the Japanese national team.

Gouri Venugopal

Assistant Project Manager

Keeps the detail moving without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Gouri helps coordinate projects from concept through to completion, working closely with consultants, stakeholders, and authorities to keep design, budget, and programme aligned. With strengths in design management, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration, she brings an organised, resourceful, and dependable approach to every project.

Away from work, Gouri enjoys dancing, discovering new restaurants, and, by her own admission, taking an unreasonable amount of joy in a well-built spreadsheet.

Ajay Sindhu

Assistant Project Manager

Calm, curious, and always ready to find a way forward.

Ajay supports clients across the project lifecycle, combining a practical understanding of site activities with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. He is approachable, resourceful, and inquisitive, and is particularly valued for staying composed when challenges arise while keeping teams focused on the outcome.

Away from work, Ajay enjoys travelling, listening to music, and watching soccer, usually finding something new to explore along the way.

Grace Calvird

Project Coordinator

Driven, organised, and always looking for the next opportunity to learn.

Grace supports project teams across design and delivery, coordinating tasks, managing documentation, and helping keep projects running smoothly. She brings strong organisation, attention to detail, reliability, and proactive communication, together with a clear commitment to building her technical knowledge and practical experience.

Away from work, Grace enjoys bodybuilding and the gym, as well as art and hiking, giving her a good mix of discipline and creativity.
