The works include complete track realignment and reconstruction, bulk earthworks, new track lighting, retaining walls, underpasses, racing infrastructure, and supporting amenities.
Resolve Partners managed the Early Contractor Involvement procurement phase, leading to the appointment of Symal as the ECI Contractor. Early collaboration enabled the team to address complex design, staging, and operational requirements, identify significant savings, improve constructability, and enhance the long-term functionality of the precinct before the project moved into construction. Resolve Partners is now acting as Superintendent through the delivery of the works.
