The project includes new horse stalls and associated facilities for the preparation and veterinary management of racehorses, new entry turnstiles and ticketing infrastructure, and a dedicated maintenance precinct for MVRC’s track, grounds, and facilities teams. The works are being delivered alongside the major racetrack civil and infrastructure package, creating significant interfaces across design, services, access, staging, and construction.
Resolve Partners managed the Early Contractor Involvement procurement and ECI phase, overseeing design development, cost planning, programme, value management, commercial negotiations, and coordination of MVRC stakeholder requirements. The ECI process established a clear commercial framework and enabled key design and construction interfaces to be resolved early, particularly with the concurrent racetrack works. Following successful completion of the ECI phase, the project was converted to a Design and Construct contract, with Resolve Partners continuing to support the project through delivery.
