Resolve Partners has been engaged to provide project management services, including leading design finalisation, planning and approvals, procurement, commercial negotiations, and preparation of the Design and Construct contract. Resolve is coordinating with MAB, the consultant team, tenants, and contractor interfaces to establish a well-defined scope, maintain cost and programme control, and provide a coordinated pathway from design and procurement through construction, handover, and commencement of trade.
