Occupying more than 4,500 m² across four floors, the facility includes a specialist day hospital with two theatres, a Central Sterile Supply Department, IVF and andrology laboratories, PCR and preimplantation genetic testing facilities, liquid nitrogen storage, consulting rooms, a pharmacy, reception areas, and administration space.
Resolve Partners provided strategic advice and development management support throughout the project, helping shape the project brief, delivery strategy, commercial framework, and key stakeholder decisions. Working closely with Virtus Health and the consultant team, Resolve aligned the facility’s complex clinical, operational, design, and commercial requirements to establish a clear and coordinated pathway for delivery.
