Spanning approximately 1,814 m², the fitout includes open-plan work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, large conference and training spaces, collaboration and focus areas, reception facilities, and a substantial kitchen and breakout space. The project combines the reuse of existing workplace elements with new partitions, joinery, finishes, furniture, and building services to create a functional and flexible working environment.
Resolve Partners is providing end-to-end project management on behalf of Growthpoint Properties Australia, with a strong focus on value management, budget alignment, programme protection, and tenant coordination. Resolve is managing design development and tenant sign-off, the building permit process, contractor appointment and contract execution, project control groups, cost and variation management, construction delivery, and handover. With the project being delivered to a compressed programme, key design, approval, and procurement activities are being progressed concurrently to maintain momentum and support the 2026 completion.
