The Grandstand Precinct will include a multi-level Event Centre designed for both race day and year-round event use, together with an adjoining hotel incorporating approximately 182 rooms, a new Legends Club, food and beverage facilities, meeting spaces, and guest amenities. The two buildings are being designed to operate as an integrated precinct, with shared services, strong physical connections, and coordinated operational planning.
Resolve Partners has been working as an integrated part of the MVRC development team, providing project management support for the procurement of the ECI Contractor for the Grandstand Precinct. Resolve is coordinating the ECI process, design team, commercial framework, programme, value management, planning approvals, and key interfaces with the broader racecourse redevelopment to establish a clear pathway into a fixed lump-sum Design and Construct contract.
