The project included the refurbishment of the reception and administration areas to create a more open and welcoming experience for patients and their families. The Central Sterile Supply Department was upgraded to meet contemporary infection control standards, while new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes refreshed the hospital’s clinical and shared spaces.
Resolve Partners managed the Early Contractor Involvement phase, coordinating design development, buildability, staging, cost planning, and programme requirements before converting the works to a fixed lump-sum construct-only contract. Construction was carefully delivered during the 2023–2024 Christmas shutdown to minimise disruption to hospital operations, with the project completed on time and under budget.
