The project includes repurposing The Grove precinct for a new large-format retailer, expanding an existing tenancy, and reconfiguring a former retail space to create several new specialty tenancies, including food and beverage operators. The associated landlord works are being designed to provide flexible warm-shell spaces and coordinated interfaces for future tenant fitouts.
Resolve Partners is leading the project management and design coordination, bringing together Haben, the consultant team, and incoming tenants to align the scope, approvals, cost, programme, and delivery requirements. With the design phase approaching completion, Resolve is finalising landlord and tenant interfaces, coordinating the procurement strategy, and preparing the project for a staged transition into construction within an operating shopping centre.
